We are looking for a talented Sushi Roller to join our dynamic team. The Sushi Roller will be responsible for preparing sushi rolls, nigiri, and other dishes according to recipes and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced/high-volume sushi restaurant or similar environment. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality sushi are essential for success in this role.
This role requires precision, speed, and pride in presentation. Rollers often serve directly in front of guests, so friendliness and professionalism matter just as much as technique.
